Overview
ThinkSmart One all-in-one (AIO) bar is the world’s first running Windows IoT Enterprise and powered by an embedded 11th Gen Intel® Core™ processor with vPro® technology.
It is designed for small to medium meeting rooms or dedicated home office spaces. Supporting familiar video conferencing applications such as Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms, and featuring eight microphone arrays with echo and noise cancellation, 15-Watt stereo speakers and an integrated high-resolution camera with wide field of view, ThinkSmart One offers an exceptional audio-visual experience.
Summary:
- Exceptional and flexible experience from an all-in-one device that includes audio-visuals and compute built into the bar, wall mount option, and an easy-to-use separate touch screen controller.
- Innovative and scalable through multiple input and output ports including HDMI and USB, as well as 2 x RJ45, one of which features Power over Ethernet (PoE) for more adaptability.
- Immersive audio-visuals that feature eight microphones with 180-degree coverage, an FHD camera with 100-degree horizontal field-of-view, and stereo speakers with a usable range in excess of eight meters (approximately 26 feet).
- Easy to manage through the included controller, or remotely managed through ThinkSmart Manager Service (TSMS).

Finding the Serial Number (SN)
ThinkSmart One serial number can be found by one of the following:
- Printed label on the ThinkSmart One device
- Windows IoT Administrator Account
- ThinkSmart Manager portal
Notes:
- ThinkSmart Touch Controller: The label does not include a serial number.
Printed label on the ThinkSmart One unit
The serial number is on the printed product label at the back of the ThinkSmart One.
Windows IoT Administrator (Admin) Account
Use the following steps:
- Open the Command Prompt by pressing the Windows Key on the keyboard.
- Press X key.
- Select Command Prompt (Admin) on the menu.
- On the keyboard, enter the following command: wmic bios get serialnumber
This serial number appears on the screen.
ThinkSmart Manager portal
If the the device has been added to the ThinkSmart Manager (portal.thinksmart.lenovo.com), follow these steps:
- From Home, select Device Manager, then select Devices.
- Select the device, and the following appears.

ThinkSmart One is supported based on the following:
- Lenovo: Supports hardware repair, device recovery, Frequently Asked Question's (FAQ's), and How-To use.
- Microsoft: Supports Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) software, and other Microsoft components obtained through their licensing agreements.
- Zoom: Supports Zoom Rooms, and other Zoom Rooms components obtained through their licensing agreements.

Lenovo Diagnostics - UEFI Bootable is embedded within the ThinkSmart One. To create a flash disk, click: Create Bootable USB with UEFI Diagnostics.
Method One: Press F12 during initial power-on when Lenovo logo screen appears
Press the F12 during the start sequence. The Setup Drive Menu appears.
Move to App Menu, then select Lenovo Diagnostics.
The following appears.
Method Two: To access diags immediately, press F10 during initial power-on when Lenovo logo screen appears

Recovery and Reimage
To recover, and reimage the ThinkSmart One, use the Lenovo Digitial Download Recovery Service (DDRS).
The reimage includes:
- Windows 10 IoT or Windows 11 IoT
- ThinkSmart Manager Service (TSMS)
