Description

Describes service and support for the ThinkSmart Edition Tiny M920q (10T1).

ThinkSmart Edition Tiny M920q is a purpose-built conference room device—the hardware is designed by Lenovo, and the software is supplied by Zoom or Microsoft.

Note: ThinkSmart Edition Tiny M920q (10T1) does not include, not pre-loaded with the ThinkSmart Manager Service (TSMS). To use with ThinkSmart Manager portal (portal.thinksmart.lenovo.com), the ThinkSmart Manager Service (TSMS) must be installed. For service and support:

Lenovo: Supports the hardware, device recovery, Frequently Asked Question's (FAQ's), and how to use.
Microsoft: Supports Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) software, and other Microsoft components obtained through their licensing agreements.

Lenovo Diagnostics requires: a USB keyboard and a monitor attached to the ThinkSmart Edition Tiny.

Method One: Press F12 during initial power-on when Lenovo logo screen appears:
