• Does the A3 have an operating system, or a software image similar to a PC system?
  • The A3 has device firmware, and does not have an operating system or a system image. As a result, the A3 glasses does not have re-image capability.
  • The A3 headset has firmware that can be updated via:
    • "PC Edition" Users: Lenovo Virtual Display Manager (VDM) app
    • "Industrial Edition" Users: ThinkReality Cloud Portal when connected to the Moto phone.

• How to clean the A3?
  • To optimize the viewing experience, avoid touching the display lenses. When cleaning the lenses, first remove any dust or particulates on and around the display with a gentle blow of air. Using the microfiber cloth, softly wipe against the lenses in a circular motion to remove smudges. Use a moistened, lint-free cloth and non-alcohol-based cleaner on the reminder of the device. Let it dry completely before next use.

  • The A3 includes three different nose pads. Remove by pulling the nose pad from the A3 glasses, and insert a replacement.

• How to wear the A3?
  • After adjusting, and selecting the desired temple ends and nose pad for fit, gently spread the A3 temples to place on the head.

  • Nose Pad: Adjusts the height of the display that aligns to your vision. Confirm by being able to see the entire display.
