The following information shows how to get Microsoft help for Microsoft Office activation errors.
One method is to use the Get Help option in the Windows 10 search bar (or go directly to GET HELP online support). Use the following steps:
- Select the search icon at the bottom of the screen as shown in the following image.
- Type get help in the search box.
- Select the Get Help menu option.
You can also use the Microsoft Get Help application by selecting Get Help from the Windows Start Menu.
The following example shows how to ask a question with the Get Help application.
- Type, I can't activate Office, in the Get Help window once the application is open.
- Select the Send message icon to continue.
- Answer each question and select Send until you are asked if the problem has been solved.
- Select No if the problem has not been solved. Select Yes if the problem has been solved.
- If you select No, the Talk to a person option becomes available.
