Symptom
The USB 3.0 Dock name remains in the Devices and Printers menu after switching to another USB 3.0 Dock.
- Plug in the ThinkPad USB 3.0 Dock (for example, ThinkPad USB 3.0 Pro Dock) to the system.
- Open Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, and then the Devices and Printers menu.
- Confirm that the Dock name and the icon display correctly.
- Unplug the ThinkPad USB 3.0 Dock and then plug in a different ThinkPad USB 3.0 Dock (for example, ThinkPad USB 3.0 Ultra Dock).
- The first ThinkPad USB 3.0 Dock name still displays in the Devices and Printers menu.
