How to change the Organization Name in the ThinkSmart Manager portal
Description
Describes the following steps to change the Organization Name within the ThinkSmart Manager portal (https://portal.thinksmart.lenovo.com).
The following steps requires:
- An Organization ID exists.
- The user, as the Owner, has credentials to log in to ThinkSmart Manager portal. The Owner is the person that created the Organization.

Solution
To change the Organization Name, follow these steps
- Log in to the ThinkSmart Manager portal, enter Organization ID, and log in with your Lenovo ID.
- Click the Profile image on the top, right corner of the portal to open Account menu. Click Organization Settings.
- The Organization settings appear.
- Update Organization Name, and other fields on Address / Primary contact section.
- Click Confirm to save the changes.
- The Confirmation message is displayed, and the updated information is saved successfully.
- The Organization Name is successfully saved.
