Troubleshooting Guide

  1. Insufficient memory prompt appears during app installation
  2. The touch screen does not work or is not sensitive
  3. The device does not power on or system crashes
  4. The device cannot access the internet via a wireless network
  5. The device does not wake up from sleep mode

1. Insufficient memory prompt appears during app installation

Free up some memory and try to install again.

For apps:

  • Clear app caches in the settings. Find the app management section, select an app, and click clear cache.
  • Uninstall unused apps.

2. The touch screen does not work or is not sensitive

  • Press and hold the Power button and the volume down button for about 12 seconds until the device turns off. Then switch it on again in normal way.
  • If still not resolved, try to perform factory reset. Refer to the FAQs on how to perform factory reset.
  • If the issue is still not resolved, please call Customer Support.

3. The device does not power on or system crashes

  • Please charge the battery for half an hour and then press and hold the Power button and the volume down button for about 12 seconds until the device turns off. Then switch it on again in normal way.
  • If the issue is still not resolved, please call Customer Support.

4. The device cannot access the internet via a wireless network

  • Check the wireless router and make sure it is working properly.
  • Restart the wireless router and make sure the tablet is within the Wi-Fi range.
  • On your tablet, go to Settings and restart WLAN.
  • If the issue is still not resolved, please call Customer Support.

5. The device does not wake up from sleep mode

  • Press and hold the Power button and the volume down button for about 12 seconds until the device turns off. Then switch it on again in normal way.
  • If still not resolved, try to perform factory reset. Refer to the FAQs on how to perform factory reset.
