Symptom
The PC cannot sign in to Wi-Fi at a hotel or other location. This may occur due to the local ISP adding in a DNS (Domain Name System) that requires a login or registration page.

Solution
Try one of the following options for Chrome:
- Go to a non-https site.
- Force the login page by opening a browser and typing http://192.168.1.1 or http://localhost.

- Try a different browser.
- Go to a non-https site.
- Force the login page by opening a browser and typing http://192.168.1.1 or http://localhost.
- Go into command prompt or Windows Powershell and type ipconfig /flushdns. Use the following steps:
- Go into command prompt or Windows Powershell (right-click the Windows icon and select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
- Type ipconfig /flushdns.
- Go into command prompt or Windows Powershell (right-click the Windows icon and select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
