Important Notice:
- It is recommended that you connect a USB keyboard or USB mouse to the USB 2.0 connector.
- The storage device may interfere with the performance of the wireless keyboard or mouse, depending on the models you use.
- The USB-C connector on the hub can only be used to charge the hub.
- The charging speed of your computer in the second setup scenario is slower than that when you connect the computer to ac power directly. The actual charging speed varies by the battery size, the physical environment, and whether you are using the computer.
- It is recommended that you use the 65-watt or more than 65-watt ac power adapter. Otherwise, when you start your computer, the screen will go black with a notice after the logo screen is displayed. Press Esc to continue.
- During data transfer, do not connect the hub to ac power or disconnect the hub from ac power to avoid data loss.
- Depending on many factors such as the processing capability of peripheral devices, file attributes, and other factors related to system configuration and operating environments, the actual transfer rate using the various USB connectors on this device will vary and will be slower than the defined data rates: 5 Gbit/s for 3.1 Gen1 (3.0)
- Reconnect the hub to notebook after software updates.
