Lenovo Data Center Support Website  

  1. Go to the Lenovo Data Center Support Web site.
  2. Enter the system serial number and then click search.

  3. After entering the serial number, the system information and status will be displayed. Click Repair Status to open the Repair Status page.

  2. Enter the case number, order number, serial number, IMEI, email address, or phone number, and then click Submit.
