Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) and Accidental Damage Protection One (ADPOne)
Customers who purchase Accidental Damage Protection (“ADP”), or any product which includes any form of ADP (including Premium Care Plus and Premier Support Plus) in the UK from 10 December 2024, should be aware that this is a regulated insurance product.
It is Lenovo’s requirement that all customers purchasing ADP ensure that the device(s) benefitting from ADP has/have been registered with Lenovo. The applicable terms and conditions can be found at: Lenovo Accidental Damage Protection Insurance
