If you have already entered your product or serial number, access the manuals from the Home page.

Select the User Guide icon.

Another way to access manuals is from the Guides & Manuals tab.

1. Click Guides & Manuals on the left side of the page.
2. Select the User Guide (View PDF) tile.

   

3. The document is displayed.
   For example: https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/mobiles_pdf/l430_l530_ug_en.pdf​

   

4. The pdf file can be downloaded for reference.

1. Click in the search box.
   
2. Type the product name. For example: T480s.

   

3. Select the product from the drop-down list.
4. Click Guides & Manuals.
5. Select the User Guide (View PDF) tile.
6. The document is displayed.
7. The pdf file can be downloaded for reference.

Note: Detect your product is for PC products.

1. Click Detect Product to find the product.
   
2. Select Guides & Manuals.
3. Select User Guide (View PDF).
4. The document is displayed.

1. Select the support link.
2. Select Browse Product.
   
3. Select product type. For example: Laptops.

   

4. Navigate accordingly. For example, choose L430 Laptop (ThinkPad) from the drop-down menu.

   

5. Click Guides & Manuals.
6. Select the User Guide (View PDF) tile.

   

7. The document is displayed.

8. The pdf file can be downloaded for reference.

Use the following steps to find the PC model or serial number information.

1. Click the Windows start icon, and then select Windows PowerShell.
   
2. Type or paste wmic bios get serialnumber in Windows PowerShell and then press Enter to get the serial number.
3. Type or paste wmic csproduct get name in Windows PowerShell and then press Enter to get the product name.
   
4. Close the PowerShell window or type exit and press Enter to close the PowerShell window.
