Symptom
When using a ThinkPad USB 3.0 docking station, users may experience an intermittent loss of the external monitor’s display, loss of the dock’s network connection, and/or loss of the dock’s USB connection.
System Is Configured With
External monitor, Ethernet connection, and/or USB device that are attached to a USB 3.0 docking station
Solution
Ensure that the latest dock driver, Intel USB 3.0 controller driver, and Intel HD video driver are installed on the ThinkPad that the dock is attached to.
