Low audio sound when using the microphone with a headset jack or mic does not work

Symptom

Limitations

The headset jack only supports CTIA headset (American Headset Jack (AHJ) standard or CTIA), not an OMTP (Open Mobile Terminal Platform) headset.

Solution

Use a CTIA headset, or use an OMTP-to-CTIA dongle that is applicable for an OMTP headset.
