ThinkSmart Tiny unit serial number can be found by one of the following:

• Printed label on the ThinkSmart Tiny device
• Windows 10 IoT Administrator Account
• ThinkSmart Manager portal

The serial number is on the printed product label on the bottom of the ThinkSmart Tiny unit.

Windows 10 IoT Adminstrator (Admin) Account

Use the following steps:

1. Open the Command Prompt by pressing the Windows Key on the keyboard.
2. Press the X key.
3. Select Command Prompt (Admin) on the menu.
4. On the keyboard, enter the following command: wmic bios get serialnumber
   The serial number appears on the screen.
   

ThinkSmart Manager portal

If the the device has been added to ThinkSmart Manager (https://portal.thinksmart.lenovo.com), follow these steps:

1. From Home, select Device Manager, then select Devices.
2. Select the device, and the following appears.

Lenovo Diagnostics UEFI Bootable is embedded within the ThinkSmart Tiny. To create a flash disk, click: Create Bootable USB with UEFI Diagnostics.

Lenovo Diagnostics requires a USB keyboard, mouse, and external display.

Method One: Press F12 during initial power-on when Lenovo logo screen appears:

• Press the F12 during the start sequence. The Setup Drive Menu appears.
  
• Move to App Menu, then select Lenovo Diagnostics.
