Solution
Check Bluetooth capability for the Lenovo PC
To check whether the computer has Bluetooth connectivity, see learn how to determine if your Lenovo PC has Bluetooth capability.
Before starting, make sure the device to connect to is ready to connect and placed within range of the Lenovo PC.
Ready to connect usually means the device is switched on (Bluetooth is turned on and set to discoverable or not connected to another exclusive device.) Read the user manual or document of the device you want to connect to for more information. If your Lenovo PC is not set to discoverable via Bluetooth, learn how to change the setting in Windows 10.
