Solution
Customize Wallpaper
- Tap theme center
- Choose the Wallpaper you like
- Tap Apply
Customize APPs
- Tap and hold the app then drag and drop where you like
- Drag one app on top of the other to create a file. and you can drag more apps into this folder
- Open apps folder and Tap folder's name to rename the folder
Customize Widgets
- Tap and hold the empty screen
- Choose the Widgets you like
- Tap and hold, then drag to the home screen
