Description

A deploy and maintain service is included for selected Smart Collaboration devices.

Deploy: Helps set up, configure and integrate collaboration solution devices. All deployments include full documentation reports after complete.
Maintain: A one-year (renewable) maintenance contract where technicians assists with: updates, device changes and instructions. Health check ensures collaboration solution is healthy and running smoothly. Redeployment of solution, if required, into a different meeting space is included.

Enter the device Serial Number (SN) at Lenovo Smart Technical Support.
At the Product Home page, select Warranty & Services.
Review the Warranty History & Services information.
