Solution

A few ways exist to enable a user to find a device's serial number:

1. In the device's system settings: Settings->System->About Tablet->Model->Serial number.
2. On the device's retail packaging. The device's serial number can be found on the back of the box.
3. On the device's back cover. The device's serial number can be found on a label located on the back of the device.
