1. Click [Download] ThinkSmart Bar 180 Firmware Updater Utility and download to a compatible Windows device.
2. Double-click the installer.
3. Follow the instructions to complete the installation process:
   
   
   
   
   
   
   

After the installation is complete, the application can be started from Windows Start Menu or if created, from the Windows Desktop shortcut.

1. Start the application. If the ThinkSmart Bar 180 is not connected to a compatible Windows device, the following appears:
   
2. After clicking Next, the ThinkSmart Bar 180 should be detected, and one of the following appears.
   • ThinkSmart Bar 180 has latest firmware: The following appears YOUR FIRMWARE IS UP TO DATE.
     
     Click to close the application.
   • ThinkSmart Bar 180 needs to be updated: The following appears NEW VERSION AVAILABLE. Click Update Firmware.
     
     During the update, a progress bar is displayed.
     
     When the firmware update is complete, the following appears:
     
     Click Exit to close.

After the ThinkSmart Bar 180 firmware has been updated, the firmware tool can be removed from the Windows device.
