Symptom
The ThinkSmart Hub displays white lines or mosaic lines.
White lines, or mosaic lines can appear when Settings menu has:

Solution
Use the following steps:
- Open the Settings menu.
- Navigate to the Systems section.
- Select Power Options.
- Select Edit Plan Settings.
- Set Turn off the display to 10 minutes.
Additional Information
The recommended setting is 10 Minutes. By setting to 10 Minutes, this helps to reduce energy consumption, and also helps to extend the lifespan of the ThinkSmart Hub.
When set to 10 Minutes, the screen enters the sleep state, but immediately turns on when a call is received, the screen is touched, or when the proximity sensors are activated by a person entering the room.
