Lenovo VR Classroom 1: Wild Immersion videos
The Lenovo VR Classroom 1 kit comes preloaded Wild Immersion, endorsed by Jane Goodall, wildlife videos. This video will review how to use this content with your students. The Wild Immersion includes a variety of wildlife videos for your students to view in virtual reality.
The Wild Immersion videos are a self-guided where students work independently through the virtual reality experience. This is different than the guided learning experience we explained for Google Expeditions.
To use The Wild Immersion content with students, each student will need a set of headphones. Headphones plug into the audio port that is on the right side of the headset. Students will boot up the headsets and place the headset and headphones on. Students will use the controller to navigate to the SKYBOX VR Video Player app. In the SKYBOX app, students will find the Wild Immersion videos already downloaded so all they need to do is choose a video, or choose a video that is directed by the teacher and click play.
The Lenovo VR Classroom comes with ten customized lesson from Scholastic that tie back to The Wild Immersion content.
WARNING: Do not expose the VR headset lens to direct sunlight. This will damage the device.
