Solution

To configure ThinkSmart Manager Service (TSMS) updates within the ThinkSmart Manager portal, these steps:

  1. Log in to ThinkSmart Manager portal (https://portal.thinksmart.lenovo.com)with your Lenovo ID.
  2. Click Device Manager ➙ Devices on the left navigation panel. The Devices list page is displayed.
  3. Select the device you want to manage. The device Information window is displayed.

  4. Click the Update tab and follow the on-screen instructions to configure the update settings.

By default, the Update Delivery is set to Automatically Update during specific days of the week. Updates are installed during inactive hours.
