Overview
The Lenovo ThinkReality VRX headset (12DE, 12DF) is an all-in-one VR device with six degrees of freedom (6DoF), full color, high-resolution pass-through capabilities for immersive mixed-reality (MR) applications. The headset can operate as an all-in-one standalone device with onboard content, or it can connect to a PC or workstation for wireless or tethered streaming.

Controller - Active State Behavior
- Main mode is interaction is Controllers, then gestures.
- Only 2 controllers (Right, Left) can be connected to the headset at once.
- If both controller buttons are clicked together:
- The button clicked first will get precedence.
- If clicked at the exact same time, then the preferred hand (default is right hand) will get precedence.
- If no controller is present, gestures are not activated, and the issue is not the result of low, or no, battery power on the controller, then a notification appears guiding the user to pair controllers to the headset.
- To confirm pairing, the user should press a button combination (Right Controller – Press 'A' or Trigger twice. Left Controller – Press 'X' or Trigger twice)
- Auto detect controller when in camera view
- If the controllers are inactive for more than 30 seconds but still in view:
- The Raycast/pointer graphic and controller icon would fade out.
- Any button click can wake up/activate the controllers which will disable gestures interaction if it was activated.
- The controllers’ battery levels are displayed in the Dock.
- Users can switch the main controller from right (default) to left hand with the controller menu access button or from Settings.adsf

VRX Dock
- The launch pad to access to apps and settings. This is similar to the desktop on a PC.
- The dock shows “pinned” – always present – applications, indicators, settings and recently used applications.
- The VRX dock and 2D panel has a handle that allows the dock to be moved in 3D Space.
- A long press on the right controller home menu button brings the dock, 2D panel and environment to the center-view of the headset. The user returns to the original spawn point in the VRX Home Environment.
- The Dock Distance is 1.25 meters to 2.25 meters.
