Solution

To enable or disable the tap-to-click touchpad function, use the following steps:

  1. Start the Chromebook by lifting the LCD cover.
  2. Sign in with the Google Account.
  3. Click the status area in the lower-right corner and then click Settings.

  5. Uncheck the box next to Enable tap-to-click to enable or disable the tap-to-click function.

  7. To change the scrolling speed, adjust the slider bar to the desired speed.
