How to swap the Fn (Function) and Ctrl (Control) keyboard keys using several different methods
Description
This topic describes how to enable the key swap function for the Fn (Function) and Ctrl (Control) keys on the keyboard for Lenovo products. Configure the BIOS, use the Keyboard Manager, or use Lenovo Vantage. Some ThinkPad products use the Lenovo Vantage application instead of Lenovo Keyboard Manager. For this feature to work, the latest keyboard drivers and firmware must be installed or updated on the system.
Note: Lenovo Keyboard Manager comes with the keyboard driver and firmware and cannot be independently downloaded and installed. Check the User Guide to see if the system supports the Keyboard Manager. For more information, see How to find and view manuals for Lenovo products - ThinkPad, ThinkCentre, ideapad, ideacentre.
