Symptom

The RealTek USB 64 bit NIC driver, in INF format for the mass deployment WinPE boot media, cannot connect to a network when using one of the following options:

• ThinkPad OneLink Pro Dock (03X1738, 41X0, 4X10E52935, 4X10E52941)
• ThinkPad Tablet 10 Dock
• Lenovo USB 3.0 Ethernet Adapter (4X90E51405, 03X6840)
• Lenovo USB-C to Ethernet Adapter  (4X90L66917, 03X7205)
