Restart the phone.

When this occurs, the phone will re-establish a connection with the network.

Verify good signal strength

Signal strength should be between -87 dBm and -110 dBm. Between -110 dBm and -120 dBm, you will likely experience calls dropping. -60 dBm is nearly perfect signal.

To check your signal strength

Touch Image or Image > Settings > About Phone > SIM status or Status > Signal Strength or Network Type and Strength

Check that your signal is in the target range between -87 dBm and -110 dBm. If your signal is below this, try moving to a better coverage area. If it's still too low, contact your mobile service provider to verify network connection.
