Check Camera software
- Check on the permission settings for camera by following the steps; Settings -> Apps Management -> All -> Camera -> Permissions
- Reboot camera after clearing up cache by following the steps; Settings -> Apps Management -> Camera -> Storage -> CLEAR DATA (Note: customer data will not be erased during the cleanup)
- Check if any incompatible or permission-restricted third party software has been installed before/during camera fails to work. If yes, uninstall the software. Reboot the device and camera
- Upgrade the device to the optimal system version timely
- Back up all data. Reboot camera after restoring the device to factory settings
