ThinkSmart Manager platform is a cloud platform that facilitates remote deployment, setup, configuration, and monitoring of devices linked to the platform, and consists of the following components:

| [Download] ThinkSmart Manager Service Windows IoT device client | Installed on a Windows IoT device to facilitate cloud-based management to configure essential settings used to manage the device and provide real-time health status. This software runs in the background, on a Windows IoT devices, and no user interface is visible. If the device is not preinstalled with the software, it can be downloaded and installed on a device.

Note: Only used for devices not managed through the ThinkSmart Manager cloud portal. In other words, devices that have note been added into a ThinkSmart Manager organization.

- ThinkSmart Edition Tiny M920q and selected ThinkSmart Core models do not have the ThinkSmart Manager Service (TSMS) device client pre-loaded. - Jabra PanaCast P50 requires a ThinkSmart Manager Premium License to manage its settings.

Getting Started: Create an Organization, Add Devices
To get started with ThinkSmart Manager portal, follow these steps:
- Creating a Lenovo ID Organization for the ThinkSmart Manager portal
- Migrate from a Lenovo ID to a Single Sign-On (SSO):
- Add devices, also known as "claiming a device", to ThinkSmart Manager portal using one of the following methods:
