More than one USB-C device that is capable of providing power. (Example: USB-C AC power adapter, USB-C Dock / Thunderbolt3 Dock, USB-C Monitor / Thunderbolt3 Monitor, USB-C power bank…)
Solution
Lenovo recommends users immediately update the system BIOS to the current version on the Lenovo Support site.
Note: Users should remove all connected devices from the system and only connect one Lenovo USB-C AC power adapter to the USB-C power connector on the system when performing the BIOS update.

Contact Lenovo Support for assistance if the battery capacity is decreasing and all of the items below have been confirmed:
- The Lenovo USB-C AC power adapter is connected to the systems USB-C power port
- The Battery Charge Threshold is disabled
- The battery charge is less than 94%
