Sometimes customers may find that the system cannot enter one key recovery interface when pressing OKR button. It enters windows directly.
The symptom above may occur to the following systems:
U310/U410 with BIOS version lower than 13WW
There may be two reasons:
1. Customers delete service partition;
2. Customers disable IRST under windows;
Updating BIOS to 13WW could solve the problem.
