      Unable to power on - IdeaPad A1-07 Tablet, IdeaTab A1107 Tablet


      I started charging my A1-07 last night and today when I unplugged it, the green LED was still on and I couldn’t start it, I’ve tried holding the power button down for 30 seconds, nothing happens. Also tried holding the Volume and power buttons which I’ve heard will reset the tablet under most circumstances.


      Affected Configuration

      The above symptom may occur on the following systems:

      • IdeaPad Tablet A1-07



      If  your Tablet A1-07 cannot enter OS, please try the following steps:

      1. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. In case of no response, try Step 2 or Step 3.

        Important Information:

        Before trying, please be well noted that step 2 will wipe all your data in Tablet.

      2. Press Volume - and Power button together, then choose Wipe data (factory reset). In case of failure, try Step 3.
      3. Go to the local service center for help.
