      Affected Configuration

      The above symptom may occur on the following systems:

      • IdeaPad K1 Tablet

      Solution

      Connect your tablet with your PC by USB cable or WIFI connection. After that, click your device name to open it. Then, you can select the target that you wanted to sync, press "Sync Now" button to synchronize.

      1. Sync Music

      1) Check Sync the music folder and press "Add" button to add music folder to sync;

      2) Check Sync Windows Media Player media library music and the playlist to sync;

      3) Check iTunes media library music and the playlist to sync;

      The music synchronized to device are saved to: SD card\Synchronization Software Library\Music

      It is the same way to sync photos and videos.

      2. Sync Contacts

      Windows Contacts and Outlook Contacts can be synchronized with device Contacts bidirectional.

      Tip: When select Outlook Contacts, Outlook will pop up an alarm dialog displaying a program trying to access e-mail addresses stored in Outlook, please check Allow access and select a sustaining time.

      3. Sync Bookmarks

      The bookmarks of IE and Chrome can be synchronized to the Browser in device.

      4. Sync Documents

      Documents sync support the familiar document and ebook format.

      Check Sync documents folder, press "Add" button to add documents folder and check the folder to sync. The documents synchronized to device are saved to: SD card \Synchronization Software Library\Documents.
