      Symptom

      User may see any of the following symptoms:

      • System hangs with a trap error code 0x116.
      • Blue Screen, Windows may stop responding with an error code 0x116.
      • System may auto restart just after an error message if the Auto restart is checked.
      • Dump file points to either file: X64_0x116_TdrBCR: 2_Tdr:2_IMAGE_igdkmd64.sys
      Affected configurations

      The above symptom is associated with, but not limited to, the following systems:

      • ThinkStation E20
      • ThinkCentre M70e, M58, M58p, M90, M90p

      Applies to:

      • Microsoft Windows 7
      Solution

      Update the video to the current version from the following URL:
