After cloning or imaging a hard disk drive using Symantec Norton Ghost, the system fails to boot the operating system. If Symantec Norton Ghost is used to clone or image a hard drive and, upon boot, the operating system fails to load from that hard drive enter fdisk /mbr from a DOS prompt.
