Unsupported Browser Detected

      Failure to go into standby or hibernation when Access Connections is open - ThinkPad

      Symptom

      When the Access Connections main window is launched with the connection animation is being displayed and then the system attempts to go into standby or hibernation which may fail.

      Affected configurations

      All ThinkPads running on Microsoft Windows XP configured with ThinkVantage Access Connections.

      Solution

      Upgrade to version 5.30 or later of Access Connections.
