A subscription license is available to use Lenovo Smart Performance for a period of one, two, three or four years from the License Commencement (‘Initial Subscription Term’). The day after the Initial Term expires, the license will automatically renew for periods of 12-months (‘Subsequent Subscription Term’) until the license is terminated. Together the Initial Subscription Term and any Subsequent Subscription Term will be referred to as the Subscription Term. On the Contact Us page, Subscription appears as:

1. Open Lenovo Vantage, under VANTAGE PRO in the navigation column on the left, select Lenovo Smart Performance. Click the Scan Now button to begin the first scan.
   
2. The scan begins, and the screen displays different scan categories and corresponding progress.

• Scan Summary provides overall dashboard of resolved issues during your entire subscription period. Last 5 scan results displays the most recent scan details performed on your PC.
  

• Lenovo Smart Performance is separate and is not associated with product's base warranty.
  • Lenovo Smart Performance, and Product Warranty will have different start dates and end dates.
  • The system may not have warranty (warranty has expired) and may have Lenovo Smart Performance support.

  • The rating scale is a representation of the PC system's state, based on current status after checking various settings, and components of the PC that affects performance of the PC in software domain.
  • The rating scale algorithm provides the score of the PC system for which corresponding rating scale score is displayed.
  • The higher the score, lesser the rating for the PC and vice-verse.
  • The rating scale score is displayed, and applicable only for the current scan. The rating scale score does not record, or maintain a history.
