XClarity Essentials is the new brand name of the previously widely used “ToolsCenter” launched together with Lenovo ThinkSystem platform. It is a software product family providing essential management capability for all Lenovo systems. LXCE contains 3 individual software, including: OneCLI (all-in-one portable command line utility), UpdateXpress(portable GUI software) and Bootable Media Creator (portable GUI software). Overview

The ServerGuide Scripting Toolkit is a collection of system-configuration tools and installation scripts that you can use to deploy software to your Lenovo x86 server in a repeatable, predictable manner. When used with Lenovo ServerGuide and Lenovo UpdateXpress, the ServerGuide Scripting Toolkit provides a total solution for deploying Lenovo x86 servers in an unattended mode.

The ServerGuide Scripting Toolkit, Linux Edition (Linux Scripting Toolkit) enables you to tailor and build custom hardware deployment solutions. It provides hardware configuration and Linux operating system (OS) installation for Lenovo x86 server hardware. The Linux Scripting Toolkit uses a console to simplify the steps in creating, customizing, and deploying hardware configurations and Network Operating System (NOS) deployments. Using the Linux Scripting Toolkit, you can create a bootable ISO image, USB key, or PXE boot image that supports the following types of deployment:

  • Policy-based RAID configuration using pRAID
