Activity History is intended for all users to watch user's activity for actions on entities performed on ThinkSmart Manager (portal.thinksmart.lenovo.com) portal. Activity is being tracked for:

  • Devices
  • Users
  • Groups
  • Organizations
  • Licenses
  • Intel vPro®

ThinkSmart Manager Activity History

The following actions are available on the Activity History page:

  • Choose an activity from the list by clicking on the checkbox
  • Sort events by date and time
  • Filter events by using Filter and Advanced Filter
    Activity History Advanced filters
  • Download CSV file with activity history according to the chosen filters

Activities that are captured and displayed on Activity History page:

Category Activity Details
Device Device record created Device Machine Type (MT) and Serial Number (SN), timestamp and email of a user who claimed a device.
Device record updated Device Machine Type (MT) and Serial Number (SN), timestamp and email of a user who updated device settings from ThinkSmart Manager portal.
Device record deleted Device Machine Type (MT) and Serial Number (SN), timestamp and email of a user who deleted a device.
Camera live view requested for ThinkSmart Cam/Jabra Panacast 50 Device Machine Type (MT) and Serial Number (SN), timestamp and email of a user who requested Camera Live View.
Intel vPro® remote desktop/terminal disabled Device Machine Type (MT) and Serial Number (SN), timestamp and email of a user who updated Intel vPro® permissions.
Camera live view Feature enabled/disabled Device Machine Type (MT) and Serial Number (SN), timestamp and email of a user who updated Camera live view permissions.
Unified Communication (UC) swap from Zoom to MTR or MTR to Zoom Started Device Machine Type (MT) and Serial Number (SN), timestamp and email of a user who executed UC switch action.
Unified Communication (UC) swap from Zoom to MTR or MTR to Zoom successful Device Machine Type (MT) and Serial Number (SN), timestamp when UC switch was complete.
Unified Communication (UC) swap from Zoom to MTR or MTR to Zoom failed Device Machine Type (MT) and Serial Number (SN), timestamp when UC switch failed.
User Account created Email of an invited user, timestamp and email of an Owner/Admin who invited a user.
Account updated Email of a user whose info was updated, timestamp and email of an Owner/Admin who updated user's information.
Account deleted Email of a deleted user, timestamp and email of an Owner/Admin who deleted a user.
Group Group created Device group name, timestamp, email of a user who created a group.

Intel vPro®  remove desktop/terminal disabled for all devices Organization name, timestamp and email of a user who updated vPro® permissions.
Camera live view Feature enabled/disabled for all devices Organization name, timestamp and email of a user who updated Camera live view permissions.
Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) enabled Organization name, timestamp and email of a user who updated who enabled MFA on the organization level.
Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) disabled Organization name, timestamp and email of a user who updated who disabled MFA on the organization level.
License License assigned Timestamp, license ID, email of a user who assigned the license.
License unassigned Timestamp, license ID, email of a user who unassigned the license.
Intel vPro® Intel vPro® Remote desktop session start Device Machine Type (MT) and Serial Number (SN), timestamp and email of a user who initialized remote desktop session.
Intel vPro® Remote desktop session end Device Machine Type (MT) and Serial Number (SN), timestamp and email of a user who ended remote desktop sessions.
