      IdeaPad K1 Tablet cannot connect to Synchronization Software in some PCs

      This article is about IdeaPad Tablet K1 cannot connect to Synchronization Software in some PCs.


      Affected Configuration
      • IdeaPad K1 Tablet



      For some PCs, IdeaPad Tablet K1 cannot connect to Synchronization Software through USB cable.

      When you encounter the similar case, you could try to take the following steps to solve this problem.

      1. Make some configuration in IdeaPad Tablet K1: Go to Settings, choose Applications, and then go to Development. Make sure that the USB debugging has been checked, as Figure 1.1 shows.

      2. Plug USB cable into PC, as Figure 1.2 shows.

      3. Some actions in Device manager in PC.

        Open Device manager in PC, you can see Portable Devices-K1, as Figure 1.3 shows.

        Right-click K1, choose uninstall, and this device will disappear.

        Right-click any items in Device manager, and then choose scan for hardware changes. Two devices will appear, as Figure 1.4 shows.

      4. Open Synchronization Software, and click Refresh.IdeaPad Tablet K1 will appear in Synchronization Software, as Figure 1.5 shows.
