If Power2Go is launched from Lenovo QuickLaunch, a "Power2Go Key Activation" window may appear requesting to enter the product key.

The user should close the application and start it again.
The normal Lenovo Power2Go operation does not ask for a product key. The "Power2Go Key Activation" window asking for a key is showing up in error.
This error is intermittent at a rate of one in twenty and only occurs when launching Power2Go from Lenovo QuickLaunch. The key dialog can be ignored by the user. The user may notice that during a session showing a key box that some Power2Go functions are limited. Closing Power2Go and launching it again will restore full functionality.
