      Symptom

      Click Print button in Word 2010 InstallShield Wizard, then Word 2010 starter is launched with a warning message "The file could not be found..."



       

      Affected configurations

      The above symptom is associated with, but not limited to, the following systems:

      • ThinkCentre A70, A85, M58, M58p, M70e, M70z, M71e, M76, M77, M80, M81, M90, M90p, M90z, M91, M91p, Edge 71z, Edge 91z

      Applies to:

      • Microsoft Windows 7

      The system is configured with OFFICE 2010 Starter in preload.

      Solution


      None. Do not replace any hardware for this issue.

      Workaround
      1. User can copy the license content and paste it in Word Starter and print it.
      2. This issue only occurs on Office 2010 Starter, user can input Office Product Key to upgrade Office starter to Professional or Home Student or Home Business version.
