Solution

Re-power on

Step 1. Put the earbuds on the charging box.

Step 2. Close the charging case as shown below.

Step 3. Take out the earbuds again from the charging box, it will turn on automatically. You will hear the prompt sound from the earbuds.


Repeat Step 1~3 again if needed.

 

If the issue is still not resolved, proceed with Device Clean below.

Device Clean

 

Use a moistened and lint-free cloth, non-alcohol (IPA Cleaning) based cleaner to clean the golden finger (both on the earbuds and charging box sides), to make sure the charging pin has no dirt residue.

Proceed with Earbuds Charging below.

Earbuds Charging

Step 1. Place the earbuds on the charging box and then close the charging case.

Step 2. Connect the charging box to 5V DC power adapter by type C USB cable.

Step 3. Keep charging no less than 30 minutes. Observe the charging box indicators and make sure 50% above battery volume is achieved.

Proceed with Re-power on below.

Re-power on

Step 1. Put the earbuds on the charging box.

Step 2. Close the charging case as shown below.

Step 3. Take out the earbuds again from the charging box, it will turn on automatically. You will hear the prompt sound from the earbuds.


Repeat Step 1~3 again if needed.

 

If the issue is still not resolved, proceed with Reset Earbuds below.

Reset Earbuds

Step 1. Put the earbuds on the charging box. Keep pressing the Function button for 10 seconds.

Step 2. Once Reset successfully, the charging box indicators will simultaneously flash one time.

Repeat Step 1 again if no simultaneous flashing is observed.

Proceed with Re-power on below.

Re-power on

Step 1. Put the earbuds on the charging box.

Step 2. Close the charging case as shown below.

Step 3. Take out the earbuds again from the charging box, it will turn on automatically. You will hear the prompt sound from the earbuds.


Repeat Step 1~3 again if needed.
