Solution
Step 1. Put the earbuds on the charging box.
If the issue is still not resolved, proceed with Device Clean below. |

Use a moistened and lint-free cloth, non-alcohol (IPA Cleaning) based cleaner to clean the golden finger (both on the earbuds and charging box sides), to make sure the charging pin has no dirt residue.
Proceed with Earbuds Charging below. |
Step 1. Place the earbuds on the charging box and then close the charging case.
Proceed with Re-power on below. |

Step 1. Put the earbuds on the charging box.
If the issue is still not resolved, proceed with Reset Earbuds below. |

Step 1. Put the earbuds on the charging box. Keep pressing the Function button for 10 seconds.
Proceed with Re-power on below. |
