Solution
Lenovo engages in providing various service for all users. TalkBack is one of the special service to help users with visual defects. To enable this service, refer to below steps:
- Touch Settings on Home screen

- Tap Accessibility

- Tap TalkBack

- Tap the grey switch at top right

- Tap OK to enable TalkBack

- After enabling TalkBack, a green frame will auto show around the tapped text/field followed by voice feedback

- Tap OK to disable TalkBack
