      Office 2010 Starter cannot print license agreement in InstallShield Wizard - All ThinkStation, All ThinkCentre and All ThinkPad

      Symptom

      When user double clicks to install executive (.exe) file that is built by InstallShield, if they click "Print" button on the License Agreement page in InstallShield Wizard, Office 2010 Starter may be launched automatically with an error "This file could not be found" and print will be failed.

      The above symptom is associated with, but not limited to, the following systems:

      • All ThinkStation
      • All ThinkCentre
      • All ThinkPad

      Applies to:

      • Microsoft Windows 7

      Additional Information:

      This issue only occurs on Office 2010 Starter, user can input Office Product Key to upgrade Office starter to Professional or Home and Student or Home and Business versions.

      Solution

      None. This issue is caused by the InstallShield.

      Do not replace any hardware.

      Workaround

      User can copy the license content and paste it in Office Word Starter and print it.
