Description

Installation instructions
  1. Start Windows Vista and logon with administrative privileges.
  2. Double-click the driver package to extract it to your hard drive.
    The default location is C:\Drivers\VISTA\WLLANIN2\Vista\Drivers
  3. For 32-bit:
    Specify DPInst32.exe with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 2, and click OK.
    For 64-bit:
    Specify DPInst64.exe with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 3, and click OK.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  5. Click Finish to complete the installation and restart the system if necessary.

Unattended Install
Note: This is for system administrators use only.
  1. Start Windows Vista and logon with administrative privileges.
  2. Double-click the driver package to extract it to your hard drive.
    The default location is C:\Drivers\VISTA\WLLANIN2\Vista\Drivers
  3. For 32-bit:
    Specify "DPInst32.exe /s" with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 3 and click OK.
    For 64-bit:
    Specify "DPInst64.exe /s" with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 3 and click OK.
  4. If necessary, restart the system.

Update install
  1. Start Windows Vista and logon with administrative privileges.
  2. Double-click the driver package to extract it to your hard drive.
    The default location is C:\Drivers\VISTA\WLLANIN2\Vista\Drivers
  3. Click Start, then click Control Panel.
  4. Double-click System.
  5. Click the Hardware tab, then click Device Manager.
  6. Select Network adapters, then right-click Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN.
  7. Click Update Driver Software... then click Browse my computer for driver software.
  8. Click Browse.. Specify DPInst32.EXE or DPInst64.exe with the full path name where you extracted the package in step 2, and click OK.
  9. Click Next.
  10. If necessary, restart the system.

Uninstallation
  1. Start Windows XP and logon with administrative privileges.
  2. Click Start, then click Control Panel.
  3. Select System and click Device Manager.
  4. If the message "Windows needs your premission to continue" appears, click Continue.
  5. Double-click Network adapters.
  6. Right-click Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN, and click Driver, select Uninstall.
  7. If the message "Confirm Device Uninstall" appears, check Delete the driver software for this device.
  8. Click OK.
  9. If needed, restart the system.
