Unsupported Browser Detected

The Lenovo Support website supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 10+, Mozilla Firefox 29+, Chrome 34+ and any other modern web browser.

      Lenovo Solution Center (LSC) shows no Power Manager installed when battery is removed


      If user removed the battery from their system and launches LSC, then LSC will show that there is no battery application installed on the system even if Power Manager has been installed and working properly.


      Affected configuration

      The following ThinkPad systems running on Windows 7 may be affected by this symptom:

      • Edge E120, E125
      • E220s, S220
      • E320, E325
      • E420, E425, E420s, S420
      • E520, E525
      • L420, L520
      • T420, T420s, T520
      • W520
      • X1, X121e, X130e
      • X220, X220 Tablet






      User has to refer to the battery information showed in Power Manager as the most accurate information.
