How to connect WiFi via Quick Start 2.0 for IdeaPad S10-3 and S10-3t

AFFECTED CONFIGURATIONS:

The above symptom may occur on the following system:

IdeaPad S10-3, S10-3t

On the following software:

SOLUTION:
1. Right click on the Wireless Network icon.

2. Click on "WiFi" in the new interface , and then click on " Rescan " Choose the port you want to be connected. It may require you to put in the password first.

3. For some networks, SSID is hided, you may click on "Other networks", and then put in the name of the network you want to connect and the corresponding security type. The last step is to input the password.

Note:

The security types that are suitable for the wireless network of Quick Start under IdeaPad S10-3 and S10-3T are as followed WEP Open ), WEP Share ), WPA&WPA2 Client ' s feedback say they are required to put in user name, besides password. But there is no place for the user name in the new pop-up. The problem occurs because the security type of the WiFi is WPA Enterpise, while Quick Start is not compatible with this kind of security type.
