Microsoft Windows 7

VALID REGIONS/COUNTRIES:

Worldwide

SOLUTION:

Check the setting:

1. Open “Screen Saver Settings” by clicking “Start” -->”Control Panel”.

2. In the search box, type “screen saver”, and then click “Set screen saver password”.

3. In “Screen Saver Settings” dialogue box, “On resume, display logon screen” check box has already been selected, see Fig.1:

Note:

But if resume right after screen saver locks PC, the system would enter the desktop directly without displaying Windows logon interface. Because it needs to wait a while to display logon screen on resume after entering screen saver (this is designed to allow user to wake up his PC from screen saver to desktop immediately by swaying the mouse without inputting logon password when the screen saver appears).
